公攤面積過大導(dǎo)致得房率過低，一直是讓購房者頭痛的問題。去年以來，從地方政府到開發(fā)商，都在用不同方式取消公攤。有多個地方政府提出，要求探索按照套內(nèi)面積計算房價，并且已有個別地方政府開始正式實施。專家表示，取消公攤是2025年的一項重要工作，也是大勢所趨。
