教育實(shí)習(xí)中美術(shù)師范生職業(yè)體驗(yàn)個(gè)案研究
摘要:教育實(shí)習(xí)是美術(shù)師范生進(jìn)行職業(yè)體驗(yàn)的重要環(huán)節(jié)之一。通過分析個(gè)案,從環(huán)境適應(yīng)、課堂教學(xué)、職業(yè)認(rèn)同三方面研究高師美術(shù)師范生在實(shí)習(xí)期的職業(yè)體驗(yàn)變化,運(yùn)用近距離觀察、文本分析、非正式交談等方式收集研究材料,給相關(guān)研究提供個(gè)例參考。

A Case Study on the Career Experience of Art Major Normal Students during Teaching Practicum

Abstract: Teaching practicum is of vital importance for art major normal students to gain career experience. This study analyzes cases to examine changes in the career experience of art major students from a normal university in terms of environmental adaptation, classroom teaching and professional identity during the internship. Research materials are collected through methods such as close observation, text analysis and informal conversations. This study aims to provide case reference for relevant research.
