-2</sup> ,年均增長(zhǎng) 6.45kg?hm<sup>-2</sup> ,穗數(shù)(578.06萬穗 <img src="/qkimages/tjny/tjny202505/tjny20250503-1-l.jpg" with="52px" style="vertical-align: middle;"> )、穗粒數(shù)(35.16?!に?1)和千粒質(zhì)量( <img src="/qkimages/tjny/tjny202505/tjny20250503-2-l.jpg" with="37px" style="vertical-align: middle;"> 三大要素中,穗粒數(shù)波動(dòng)上升,穗數(shù)與千粒質(zhì)量小幅下降。通徑分析結(jié)果顯示,穗數(shù)對(duì)產(chǎn)量貢獻(xiàn)最大(1.829),其次是穗粒數(shù)(0.641)和千粒質(zhì)量(0.525)。盡管穗粒數(shù)與產(chǎn)量呈負(fù)相關(guān)( R=-0.721 ),但其直接正向效應(yīng)占主導(dǎo),表明增產(chǎn)仍依賴穗數(shù)提升,三要素協(xié)同增效不足??共⌒苑矫妫簵l銹病高抗、中抗及以上品種分別占 2.78% 和33.87%,92.6% 高抗材料源自周麥系列,高感率逐年降低;赤霉病高感品種占比高達(dá) 92.57% ,中抗以上僅3個(gè) 0.69% ;白粉病和葉銹病中抗率分別為 15.3% 和 7.4% 。多抗性育種進(jìn)展滯后,僅11個(gè)品種( 2.55% )兼抗3種病害。研究表明,河南省需在維持條銹病抗性優(yōu)勢(shì)的基礎(chǔ)上,重點(diǎn)突破赤霉病抗源限制,強(qiáng)化多抗性與產(chǎn)量協(xié)同優(yōu)化,推動(dòng)抗性育種策略升級(jí)。綜上,本研究結(jié)果明晰了河南省審定品種的產(chǎn)量與抗性等特點(diǎn),為后續(xù)優(yōu)良品種的推廣提供了參考,對(duì)河南省小麥品種種質(zhì)篩選與育種目標(biāo)制定等方面具有重要意義。-龍?jiān)雌诳W(wǎng)" />

2017一2022年河南省審定小麥品種產(chǎn)量性狀與抗病性變異分析

Yield Traits and Disease Resistance Variation of Wheat Varieties Approved in Henan Province from 2017 to 2022

Abstract:Toovideoreticalerenesfortebedingofigeld,igualityndviomentallssaiableat etiesinHenanprovinceandtheformulationofbreedingobjectives,thisstudyanalyzedthevariationinyieldtraitsanddiseasesistance of 431 wheat varieties approved in the province from 2O17 to 2O22.The results showed that 84% of the varieties were semiwinter types,with anaverage plant heightof 78.27cm,decreasing annually byO.O3cm.The average yield reached 7702.68kg?hm-2 increasing by 6.45kg?hm-2 per year.Among the three yield components,spike number( 578.06×104 spikes ?hm-2 ),grainsper spike (35.16grainssike1),ndgrainght(45.g),sprsikeebitedfuctuatigiceased,ilesked 000-grainweightshowedslightdeclined.Pathanalysisrevealedthatspikenumbercontrbutedmostsignificantlytoyield(directcontributionvalue:1.829),fllowedbygrainsperspike(.641)andOograinweight (.525).Despitetheegaivecorrelationbtwen grainsperspikdeldR=-),itsctosiiectdadcatingtatyeldmpovstillliss bernhancement,withinsuficintsyergisticoptizationamongthethrecomponentsRegadingdiseaseresistance:forstripeust, 2.78% of varieties were highly resistant and 33.87% were moderately resistant or above,with 92.6% of highly resistant materials derivedfromtheZhoumaiseries,andtheproportionofhighlysusceptiblevarietiesgraduallydecreased.ForFusarumheadblight, 92.57% were highly susceptible,with only three varieties( 0.69% )showing moderate resistance or above.The moderate resistance rates for powdery mildew and leaf rust were 15.3% and 7.4% ,respectively.Multi-disease resistance breeding lagged,with only11 varieties (2.55% )exhibitingresistance tothreediseases.Thestudyhighlights theneedforHenanprovince to maintainitsstriperustresistance advantages whileprioritiingbreakthroughsinFusaimhadblightresistance,strengtheningtesyergistcoptizationofultidis easeresistanceandyieldtraits,ndupgradingrsstancebedigstrategies.Inconlusion,tisesearchclarifistheielddis tancecharacteristicsofapprovedweatvarietiesinHenanprovince,providingcriticalinsightsforpromotingsuperiorcultivarsand guiding germplasm screening and breeding target formulation.
