臨床藥師應用MTM對2型糖尿病患者醫(yī)囑干預的效果評價

摘 要 目的：探討藥物治療管理（MTM）在專科臨床藥師醫(yī)囑干預中的作用。方法：選取2型糖尿病住院患者600例，隨機分為對照組和干預組，各300例。對照組未以MTM為依據進行醫(yī)囑干預，干預組由臨床藥師以MTM進行醫(yī)囑干預。比較兩組不合理醫(yī)囑情況。結果：共存在不合理醫(yī)囑290條，對照組232條，干預組58條；在藥物適應證、安全性、有效性用藥問題方面，干預組醫(yī)囑不合理率低于對照組（P

ABSTRACT Objective： To explore the role of medication therapy management （MTM） in the intervention of the medical orders by specialty clinical pharmacist and physician. Methods： Six hundred hospitalized patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into a control group and an intervention group with 300 cases each. The control group was not intervened with medical orders based on MTM while the intervention group was intervened with MTM by clinical pharmacists. The irrational medical orders were compared between the two groups. Results： There were a total of 290 unreasonable medical prescriptions， 232 in the control group and 58 in the intervention group.
