蔣春波教授從濕熱論治慢性腎炎蛋白尿的經(jīng)驗(yàn)體會(huì)

摘 要 慢性腎炎蛋白尿是臨床常見(jiàn)的一種腎臟病的表現(xiàn)，中醫(yī)在治療該病方面具有獨(dú)特優(yōu)勢(shì)。結(jié)合現(xiàn)代社會(huì)的生活方式，蔣春波教授認(rèn)為濕熱為該病的核心病機(jī)，治療當(dāng)圍繞清利濕熱展開(kāi)，采取祛風(fēng)解表勝濕、健脾補(bǔ)氣化濕、活血利水祛濕、分消三焦?jié)駸岬戎畏ā８津?yàn)案1則以佐證。

Professor JIANG Chunbo’s experience in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis proteinuria from damp-heat

ABSTRACT Chronic glomerulonephritis proteinuria is a common clinical manifestation of kidney disease. Traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in the treatment of this disease. Professor JIANG Chunbo believes that dampness-heat is the core pathogenesis of this disease considering the lifestyle of modern society， thus its treatments should revolve around clearing away dampness-heat. The methods of dispelling wind and removing exterior dampness， strengthening spleen and replenishing gasifying dampness， promoting blood and removing dampness， separating dampness and heat from three jiao were adopted. A case was attached to support this.
