上海市小型藥品零售連鎖企業(yè)存在的問(wèn)題及監(jiān)管思考

摘 要 上海市藥品零售連鎖企業(yè)的發(fā)展有其自身的特點(diǎn)，本文按照上海市藥品零售連鎖企業(yè)下轄的門(mén)店數(shù)量定義連鎖企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)規(guī)模，分析近年來(lái)不同經(jīng)營(yíng)規(guī)模企業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，結(jié)合近年在上海市藥品零售連鎖企業(yè)常規(guī)檢查中所發(fā)現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題及存在的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，提出相應(yīng)的監(jiān)管對(duì)策。

Problems and regulatory thoughts of small pharmaceutical retail chain enterprises in Shanghai

ABSTRACT The development status of drug retail chain enterprises in Shanghai has their own characteristics. This article defines the operating scale of chain enterprises based on the number of stores under the jurisdiction of Shanghai drug retail chain enterprises， analyzes the development status of enterprises with different operating scales in recent years， and proposes corresponding regulatory measures based on the problems and risks found in routine inspections of drug retail chain enterprises in Shanghai in recent years.
