摘 要 本文系統(tǒng)性地介紹了中、美、英、澳、日等國家的執(zhí)業(yè)藥師管理體系，從準(zhǔn)入門檻、培訓(xùn)體系、學(xué)歷要求、注冊登記和繼續(xù)教育等方面進(jìn)行對比研究，并分析我國相對其他國家存在的差異和不足。

ABSTRACT This article systematically introduces the management system of licensed pharmacists in China， the United States， the United Kingdom， Australia， Japan and other countries， makes a comparative study from the aspects of access threshold， training system， academic requirements， registration and continuing education， and analyzes the differences and deficiencies between China and other countries.
