淺談藥品實庫存管理模式在門診藥房管理的必要性

摘 要 目的：探究在門診藥房管理中藥品實庫存管理模式的使用情況。方法：將20名藥房工作人員隨機分配為實庫存管理組和常規(guī)組各10名。實庫存管理組采用藥品實庫存管理模式，常規(guī)組采取常規(guī)管理模式，比較兩組賬物相符率、復審準確率、平均盤點時間和誤差率。結果：實庫存管理組賬物相符率、復審準確率高于常規(guī)組，平均盤點時間和誤差率低于常規(guī)組（P

Discussion on the necessity of pharmaceutical real inventory management mode in outpatient pharmacy management

ABSTRACT Objective： To explore the use of real drug inventory management mode in outpatient pharmacy management. Methods： Twenty pharmacy staff were randomly divided into a real inventory management group and a regular group with 10 persons each. The drug real inventory management mode was adopted in the real inventory management group and the conventional management mode in the regular group. The consistency rate of accounts， review accuracy， average inventory time and error rate were compared between the two groups.
