射頻消融術(shù)聯(lián)合臭氧在腰椎間盤(pán)突出癥患者中的應(yīng)用效果分析

摘 要 目的：探討射頻消融術(shù)聯(lián)合臭氧在腰椎間盤(pán)突出癥患者中的應(yīng)用效果。方法：將80例腰椎間盤(pán)突出癥患者隨機(jī)分為射頻消融術(shù)組（n=40，等離子射頻消融術(shù)）和聯(lián)合治療組（n=40，等離子射頻消融術(shù)+臭氧治療），對(duì)比兩組療效、腰椎功能和疼痛改善情況，以及血清炎性因子水平。結(jié)果：聯(lián)合治療組治療總有效率顯著高于射頻消融術(shù)組；兩組治療后各時(shí)間點(diǎn)日本骨科協(xié)會(huì)評(píng)估治療分?jǐn)?shù)（Japanese Orthopaedic Association scores， JOA）、視覺(jué)模擬評(píng)分（visual analogue scale， VAS）、白介素-6（interleukin-6， IL-6）和IL-8水平均較治療前改善，且術(shù)后各時(shí)間點(diǎn)聯(lián)合治療組JOA、VAS評(píng)分優(yōu)于射頻消融術(shù)組，IL-6、IL-8下降水平顯著低于射頻消融術(shù)組（均P

Analysis of the effect of radiofrequency ablation combined with ozone in patients with lumbar disc herniation

ABSTRACT Objective： To investigate the effect of radiofrequency ablation combined with ozone in patients with lumbar disc herniation. Methods： Eighty patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into a radiofrequency ablation group （n=40， underwent plasma radiofrequency ablation） and a combined treatment group （n=40， underwent plasma radiofrequency ablation plus ozone）. The curative effect， lumbar function， pain improvement and serum inflammatory factors levels were compared between the two groups. Results： The overall response rate was significantly higher in the combined treatment group than the radiofrequency ablation group. The Japanese Orthopaedic Association score （JOA）， visual analogue scale（VAS）， the levels of interleukin-6 （IL-6） and IL-8 in the two groups were all improved at various time points after treatment， and furthermore the improvement of JOA and VAS and the decrease of IL-6 and IL-8 levels were more significant in the combined treatment group than the radiofrequency ablation group （all P
