腦血通1號(hào)對(duì)腦出血恢復(fù)期患者腦循環(huán)及神經(jīng)功能康復(fù)的影響

摘 要 目的：探討腦血通1號(hào)對(duì)腦出血恢復(fù)期患者腦循環(huán)及神經(jīng)功能康復(fù)的影響。方法：將96例腦出血恢復(fù)期患者隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組（n=48）和觀察組（n=48）。對(duì)照組給以西醫(yī)常規(guī)治療，觀察組在此基礎(chǔ)上加中藥腦血通1號(hào)治療。比較兩組的臨床療效及神經(jīng)功能康復(fù)情況。結(jié)果：觀察組總有效率高于對(duì)照組（95.83% vs 87.50%）；觀察組NIHSS評(píng)分低于對(duì)照組，SF-36生活質(zhì)量評(píng)分高于對(duì)照組；觀察組腦血管平均流速與腦血流量顯著高于對(duì)照組（均P

Effect of Naoxuetong No.1 on the rehabilitation of cerebral circulation and nervous function in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage

ABSTRACT Objective： To investigate the effect of Naoxuetong No.1 on the recovery of cerebral circulation and nerve function in patients with cerebral hemorrhage. Methods： Ninety-six patients with convalescent cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into a control group （n=48） and an observation group （n=48）. The control group was treated with routine Western medicine and the observation group was treated with Naoxuetong No.1.
