如何做好檢驗檢測工作中的合同評審

【摘要】本文從實驗室合同評審的重要性、合同評審的種類和注意事項、評審步驟、評審結(jié)果的保存和修改等方面入手，對合同評審中的關(guān)鍵步驟進行了描述，希望能夠使檢測機構(gòu)實施有效的合同評審工作，更好的服務(wù)檢測過程。

How to do a Good Job of Contract Review in Inspection and Testing Work

Abstract：This paper starts from the importance of laboratory contract review， contract review types and matters for attention，review steps，the preservation and modification of the review results， and describes the key steps in the contract review，hoping to enable testing institutions to implement effective contract review work，better service testing process.

近幾年，隨著我國檢驗檢測機構(gòu)市場的逐步規(guī)范，國家市場監(jiān)督管理總局于2021年6月1日出臺了《檢驗檢測機構(gòu)監(jiān)督管理辦法》，并于2021年4月2日對《檢驗檢測機構(gòu)資質(zhì)認(rèn)定管理辦法》進行了修訂，預(yù)示著國家進一步規(guī)范和加強管理檢驗機構(gòu)的決心，更好地發(fā)揮其公正檢測職能，服務(wù)社會經(jīng)濟的目的。（剩余4092字）
