四方鐵工作角偏差的測量不確定度分析

【摘要】本文通過對四方鐵工作角的偏差測量結(jié)果的不確定度進(jìn)行概算,根據(jù)JJF 1130—2005《幾何量測量設(shè)備校準(zhǔn)中的不確定度評定指南》中目標(biāo)不確定度合格判據(jù)U≤UT,確認(rèn)本文提出的四方鐵工作角的偏差的技術(shù)要求、測量原理、測量條件、測量方法和測量程序的科學(xué)性、經(jīng)濟(jì)性及可行性。

Abstract:This paper confirms the scientific,economical and feasible technical requirements,measurement principles,measurement conditions,measurement methods and measurement procedures of the square iron working angle deviation proposed in this paper by estimating the uncertainty of the measurement results of the square iron working angle deviation and according to the objective uncertainty qualification criterion U≤UT in JJF 1130—2005 Guidr to the Estimation of Uncertainty in Calibration of Geometrical Measuring Equipment.
