破碎廢鋼篩分計雜質(zhì)量檢驗探討

【摘要】本文就破碎廢鋼取樣篩分計量雜物進(jìn)行大量的實驗,對比人工目測檢驗和篩分計雜對破碎廢鋼質(zhì)量檢驗的差異,分析篩分計雜對比人工目測判定的優(yōu)勢,探討了篩分計量扣雜作為破碎廢鋼檢驗技術(shù)條件的可行性。

Discussion on the Quality Inspection of Crushing Scrap Screening and Impurity Counting

Manufacturing Management Department,Shaoguan 512123,China)Abstract:The content of lead and arsenic in toothpaste was determined by ICP-MS,The recovery rate and repeatability can completely meet the experimental requirements. Therefore,ICP-MS can be used to determine lead and arsenic in toothpaste,which not only simplifies the experimental process,improves the work efficiency,but also reduces the experimental cost.

破碎廢鋼由汽車車體、統(tǒng)料型廢鋼、自行車架、電機(jī)拆解件、小廢鋼等多種原料破碎加工而成,破碎廢鋼正常的生產(chǎn)經(jīng)過磁選、篩分、反復(fù)破碎等工序,產(chǎn)出的破碎廢鋼,均比較純凈,雜質(zhì)較少。(剩余1883字)
