【Abstract】Combining quality improvement methods with experimental analysis techniques to form the "Working Method forReliabilityImprovementof Electrical Components"，guiding theworkofreliabilityimprovementof electrical components.Supportedbydataanalysisofcommercialvehicleelectrical claims，itintegratesdataanalysisandphysical analysis functions.Using fault description as input，ontheone hand，analyze the internal qualityof the parts through testingand disassembly，andontheother hand，conduct experiments fromthe perspectiveof related electrical systems todetermine thetrue cause offault mode lockingandproposeefective improvement measures.Taking thereliability improvement of commercial vehicle frontcombinationlightsasanexample，aftermassproductionverification，the improvementresultsaresummarized toultimatelyguidethereliabilityimprovementof existing productsandthereliability design of new products.

隨著商用車(chē)行業(yè)的快速發(fā)展，客戶(hù)對(duì)于汽車(chē)舒適性、經(jīng)濟(jì)性和安全性的要求也越來(lái)越高，電器類(lèi)產(chǎn)品以控制精準(zhǔn)、快速方便等特點(diǎn)在商用車(chē)行業(yè)得到了廣泛應(yīng)用及客戶(hù)的青睞。（剩余6270字）
