【Abstract】Under the background the"dual carbon" goals，the upgradedapplication new energy batteries has becomea keypath topromote thegreenand low-carbon transformation.Thisarticleanalyzes thecurrent development statustheindustrybasedonthelevelsnewenergybaterymaterials，enterprisesandpolicies.Countermeasures such asestablishing abatteryrecycling system forpower batteries，promoting theresearchand development sodium-ion batteries，and strengthening theESGco-governanceconceptareproposed toachieve resourcerecycling，costreduction and efciency improvement，aswellasgreenandsustainable development，andtoassist thenew energy battery industry inachieving high-quality development under the "dual carbon" goals.
