商用車ESC傳感器多布置場景信號解析與驗證

【摘  要】主要闡述基于三軸加速度傳感器的商用車ESC傳感器工作原理，對整車環(huán)境下ESC傳感器的多種布置場景進行分析，并根據(jù)各布置場景梳理傳感器信號解析的方案后完成實車測試驗證，為智能駕駛及線控底盤開發(fā)過程獲取整車姿態(tài)的需求提供一種解決方案。

【Abstract】This paper describes the working principle of commercial vehicle ESC sensor based on triaxial accelerometer，and analyzes the multiple layout scenarios of ESC sensors in the vehicle installation environment. For each layout scenario，the sensor signal analysis scheme is sorted out and the verification based on real vehicle test is completed. It provides a solution for acquiring the vehicle attitude requirements during the development of intelligent driving or chassis by wire.
