一種車燈用雙頭螺栓及配合結(jié)構(gòu)探討

【摘  要】整車對燈具的要求除燈光安全法規(guī)外，美觀、協(xié)調(diào)、匹配、間隙、面差、氣候適宜、耐久等都是不可缺少的考核指標。每個零件都決定了燈具品質(zhì)和整車品質(zhì)。目前車燈與車身的固定安裝，普遍通過螺栓將車燈固定在車身上。本文就一種合理的車燈用雙頭螺栓包括其配合結(jié)構(gòu)的研發(fā)過程、結(jié)構(gòu)來源進行解析說明。

Discussion on a Double Head Bolt and Its Matching Structure for Car Lights

【Abstract】In addition to lighting safety regulations，the requirements for lighting fixtures in the entire vehicle include aesthetics，coordination，matching，gaps，surface differences，climate suitability，durability，and other indispensable assessment indicators. Each component determines the quality of the lighting fixtures and the overall quality of the vehicle. At present，the fixed installation of the car lamp and the vehicle body is generally fixed to the vehicle body through bolts. This article analyzes and explains the development process and structural source of a reasonable double head bolt for car headlights，including its mating structure.
