固液混合電容和鋁電解電容性能對(duì)比研究

【摘  要】本文以商用車EPS為背景,對(duì)混合電容和鋁電解電容紋波特性和溫升特性進(jìn)行對(duì)比研究,結(jié)果表明:混合電容具有更小的紋波,且溫升明顯低于鋁電解電容。此研究可為相關(guān)產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)中電解電容的選型提供一定的參考價(jià)值。

【Abstract】Based on the background of commercial vehicle EPS,this paper compares the ripple characteristics and temperature rise characteristics of hybrid capacitors and aluminum electrolytic capacitors. The results show that the hybrid capacitor has smaller ripple and the temperature rise is significantly lower than that of aluminum electrolytic capacitors. It can provide a certain reference value for the selection of electrolytic capacitors in the design of related products.
