1996年是我與中文結(jié)緣的開始。那一年我父親到烏茲別克斯坦共和國駐華大使館擔(dān)任參贊,由此我開始學(xué)習(xí)中文。那時(shí)候,學(xué)習(xí)中文的人并不多,所以要去中國學(xué)習(xí)的消息令我頗為意外。走下飛機(jī)時(shí),我突然意識到這將開始轉(zhuǎn)變我的命運(yùn)。面對中國人友好的微笑和好奇的目光,被當(dāng)作外國人的新奇體驗(yàn)讓我倍感愉悅。
1996 marked my first encounter with Chineseculture. In that year, my father was appointedas Counselor at the Embassy of the Republic ofUzbekistan in China, which prompted me to startlearning Chinese. At the time, Chinese was notwidely studied, and the decision to study in Chinawas a new departure for me. As I stepped off theplane, I had a strong sense that my life was aboutto change; the warm smiles and curious looks fromlocal people, along with the excitement of being seenas a foreigner, filled me with joy.
