飛機(jī)前緣縫翼精準(zhǔn)裝配技術(shù)研究

摘  要：該文主要探討飛機(jī)機(jī)翼前緣與縫翼的數(shù)字化裝配精準(zhǔn)控制技術(shù)。從飛機(jī)的裝配技術(shù)難點出發(fā)，結(jié)合機(jī)翼前緣與縫翼的數(shù)字化裝配技術(shù)細(xì)致分析，深入討論裝配協(xié)調(diào)的各種方法及技術(shù)手段。該文最后提出一系列數(shù)字化裝配協(xié)調(diào)的實施措施。期望此研究能為提升我國在飛機(jī)部件裝配協(xié)調(diào)領(lǐng)域的技術(shù)水平提供有益的參考。

Abstract： This paper mainly discusses the precision control technology of digital assembly of leading edge and seam wing of aircraft wing. Starting from the technical difficulties of aircraft assembly， based on the detailed analysis of the digital assembly technology of wing leading edge and seam wing， various methods and technical means of assembly coordination are discussed in detail. At the end of this paper， a series of measures for digital assembly coordination are put forward. It is expected that this study can provide a useful reference for improving the technical level of aircraft components assembly coordination in our country.
