基于AHP-QFD的維修器材包裝項目評價

摘  要：該文整理維修器材包裝項目相關的客戶需求，設定維修器材包裝的準則與客戶的一般需求，通過層次分析法（AHP）對準則層設定評價權(quán)重，通過質(zhì)量功能展開模型（QFD）對客戶的一般需求再進行量化評價，最終得出客戶需求的指標體系，為后續(xù)包裝項目的開展提供理論依據(jù)。

Abstract： This paper sorts out the voice of the customer（VOC） related to the maintenance equipment packaging project， sets the maintenance equipment packaging criteria and the customer's general demand， sets the evaluation weight through the analytic hierarchy process（AHP）， and then quantitatively evaluates the customer's general demand through the quality function deployment（QFD） model. Finally， the index system of the VOC is obtained， which provides a theoretical basis for the development of subsequent packaging projects.
