航空裝備電子部組件整機(jī)貯存延壽評(píng)估方法研究

摘 要:針對(duì)空空導(dǎo)彈“長(zhǎng)期貯存、一次使用”的特點(diǎn),貯存延壽評(píng)估對(duì)發(fā)揮其效益具有重大意義。文章結(jié)合某型空空導(dǎo)彈電子部組件的貯存壽命研究,介紹裝備電子部組件整機(jī)貯存延壽評(píng)估的加速因子評(píng)估法和布朗漂移模型評(píng)估法。

Abstract: According to the characteristics of "long-term storage and one-time use" of air-to-air missile, the evaluation of storage life extension is of great significance to give full play to its benefits. Based on the study of the storage life of the electronic components of an air-to-air missile, this paper introduces the accelerated factor evaluation method and the Brownian drift model evaluation method for the evaluation of the storage life extension of the electronic components of the equipment.
