Abstract:To solve the issues of low welding efficiencyandunstable weld qualityin manual welding of smal-sized fuel pipesfor engines,research onoptimizing the process parameters of robotarc welding technology for smallsized fuel pipes is conducted. Based on the Design of Experiments (DOE)method,experiments were conducted on the process parameters of arc welding to obtain the optimal process parameters.The optimal solution was a welding speed of 4 2 c m / m i n ,wire feeding speed of ,corrected arc length of - 2 m m ,and initial welding current of 120A.The research results in the paper has certain guiding significance for the production and manufacturing of small-sized fuel pipes.
