中厚板H型鋼高效全熔透焊工藝和焊接材料研究

摘要：對(duì)中厚板H型鋼主角焊縫不開坡口熔透焊工藝及接頭焊接工藝與焊接材料進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)研究，實(shí)現(xiàn)了中厚板H型鋼主角焊縫不開坡口熔透焊達(dá)到熔透要求，擁有良好的無損檢測(cè)合格率，焊接變形小，生產(chǎn)效率高。通過對(duì)焊接接頭進(jìn)行性能檢測(cè)，結(jié)果表明：焊接接頭不低于Q355B鋼力學(xué)性能要求。

Abstract： Analyze the weld penetration welding technology and joint flaw detection of H-shaped steel plate without groove. The research shows that the weld penetration welding of H-shaped steel plate without groove can meet the requirements of penetration and has a good flaw detection rate. Through the analysis of the weld joint performance， the weld joint can meet the mechanical performance requirements of Q355B.
