巴萊水電站壓力鋼管用P460Q鋼材焊接性試驗(yàn)研究

摘要：介紹了歐標(biāo)P460Q鋼的特性。對(duì)于該材料的焊接性能，首先通過計(jì)算碳當(dāng)量及裂紋敏感系數(shù)進(jìn)行分析，然后進(jìn)行了焊接工藝評(píng)定試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證，最后通過冷卷試驗(yàn)、焊縫返修試驗(yàn)、水壓試驗(yàn)等進(jìn)行研究。

Welding performance  study of P460Q steel for pressure steel pipe for  baleh hydropower station

Astract： The characteristics of European standard P460Q material are described in this paper. The welding performance of this material will be studied through the carbon equivalent calculation and welding crack sensitivity coefficient analyzing， and then the welding procedure qualification will carried out to check the welding performance， and a series of tests such as the cold coil test and weld repair test， and water pressure test will be carried out for the further study of welding performance.
