泵頭體裂紋失效分析

摘要:采用化學成分分析、力學性能測試、宏觀觀察及金相檢測等手段,對不銹鋼泵頭體裂紋產(chǎn)生的原因進行了分析。結果表明:由于泵頭體抗拉強度低、晶粒稍粗,因此導致其自身的抗疲勞強度不足,在交變載荷壓應力的作用下,材料因疲勞而產(chǎn)生裂紋。

Abstract: The causes of cracks in stainless steel pump head were analyzed by chemical composition analysis, mechanical property test, macroscopic test and metallographic test. The results show that the fatigue strength of the pump head is insufficient due to its low tensile strength and coarse grain size. Under the action of cross-loading stress, the material is easy to crack due to fatigue.
