全自動布氏壓痕測量系統(tǒng)校準(zhǔn)方法研究

摘要:以創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動和質(zhì)量為先,加強(qiáng)量傳溯源技術(shù)和方法研究,是我國計量發(fā)展規(guī)劃的重要內(nèi)容。開展全自動布氏壓痕測量系統(tǒng)校準(zhǔn)方法研究,解決其系統(tǒng)校準(zhǔn)問題,滿足力學(xué)性能試驗中布氏硬度的檢測技術(shù)要求,制定校準(zhǔn)規(guī)范,實現(xiàn)全自動布氏壓痕測量系統(tǒng)溯源,為國防工業(yè)、民用機(jī)械行業(yè)力學(xué)性能試驗提供成功經(jīng)驗,發(fā)揮重要作用。

Abstract: Strengthening the research on quantity transmission and traceability technology and methods, with innovation driven and quality as the priority, is an important part of China's metrology development plan. Conduct research on the calibration method of the fully automatic Brinell indentation measurement system, solve the system calibration problem, meet the technical requirements for Brinell hardness detection in mechanical performance testing, develop calibration specifications, achieve traceability of the fully automatic Brinell indentation measurement system, provide successful experience for mechanical performance testing in the national defense industry and civil machinery industry, and play an important role.
