輸送機鏈輪軸關鍵工序制造工藝應用研究

摘要：某型輸送機鏈輪軸，其制造難點在于氣割外形、感應淬火、矩形內花鍵加工等方面，根據制造工藝流程分析，對上述難點進行工藝試驗研究，完成鏈輪軸制造加工，產品檢測結果符合技術要求，為同類型結構產品的加工制造提供應用參考。

Abstract： A conveyor chain wheel shaft is difficult to manufacture in terms of gas cutting shape， induction quenching， rectangular inner spline processing， etc. Based on the analysis of the manufacturing process flow， process experiments are conducted to study the above difficulties， and the manufacturing of the chain wheel shaft is completed. The product inspection meets the technical requirements， providing application reference for the processing and manufacturing of similar structural products.

輸送機鏈輪軸組件主要由鏈輪軸、花鍵軸、密封件及緊固件等部件組成，鏈輪軸是一種傳動件，需配合鏈條使用，軸的一端為內花鍵，與花鍵軸相連，結構簡單、安裝方便、強度高[1]。（剩余2598字）
