【Abstract】Toaddress therisksofdataleakageandtamperingintraditionalcentralizeddatabases forgreenfactories,this paperproposesablockchain-basedonline monitoring system forenvironmental energyconsumptioningreen factories.The systemcolectsenvironmentalandenergyconsumptiondataviaa ZigBeewirelesssensornetwork,whichis thenforwardedto anedgeserverthroughagatewaysystemcomposedofanSTM32microcontrolerandanNB-IoTmodule (BC26).Attheedge server,thereceivedsensordataiscompressedusingahybridalgorithmcombining interpolationandLZ77dictionary encoding.ThecompresseddataisthenstoredontheblockchainafterundergoingProofofAuthority(PoA)consensusand smart contractvalidation.Theapplicationlayersupportsfunctionssuchasdataqueryandvisualization,inteligentprediction,and earlywarning.Experimentalresultsdemonstratethatthesystemachieves:real-timeonlinemonitoringofenvironmentaland energyconsumptiondataighcurityndeliabilityinirelesommcation,lowstorageoverhead,srongdatabili ty and practicality and fast transmission rates.
