基于AltairInspire的玩具挖掘機(jī)小臂的輕量化設(shè)計

【Abstract]Thisdesignutilizes AltairInspire,alightweightdesignsoftware,toconductcomprehensiveoptimizationof the toyexcavator'sforearmthroughtopologyotimzation,geometriceconstruction,strengtherification,andutomaticing. Theoptimizedmodelisfurtherrefinedthroughmanualfitingandreconstructiontoachievethegoaloflightweightdesign.The resultsshowthatundertheconditionsofmeeting therequirementsofstrengthandminimumsafetyfactor,theweightreduction rate of the toy excavator arm reaches 65.55% ,effectively reducing manufacturing costs and energy consumption.This optimizationplanprovidesafeasible method for thelightweight design of toy excavator arms.
