探析陳修園治療咳嗽的辨證用藥

【摘要】清代名醫(yī)陳修園治療咳嗽見(jiàn)解獨(dú)到，認(rèn)為咳本在肺，內(nèi)傷外感之邪皆能犯肺致咳，而總不離水飲，辨證論治既分虛實(shí)，也分內(nèi)外，重視化飲，法遵仲景，頗具特色。

【Abstract】CHEN Xiuyuan，a famous doctor in the Qing Dynasty，had unique insights in treating coughs.He believed that coughs originate in the lungs，and Both internal and external pathogenic factors can invade the lungs and cause coughing，but always depend on excessive fluid.His differentiation and treatment of coughs not only distinguish between deficiency and excess，but also internal and external factors，with emphasis on resolve retained fluid and following the principles of ZHANG ZhongJing，which is quite distinctive.
