【摘要】目的：探討超聲引導(dǎo)下微創(chuàng)旋切術(shù)治療乳腺良性腫瘤的臨床效果。方法：選取286例乳腺良性腫瘤患者，隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組和實(shí)驗(yàn)組，各143例，分別采取傳統(tǒng)開(kāi)放式手術(shù)和超聲引導(dǎo)下微創(chuàng)旋切術(shù)治療，對(duì)比兩組臨床療效。結(jié)果：實(shí)驗(yàn)組患者治療總有效率及總滿意度高于對(duì)照組，手術(shù)時(shí)間、愈合時(shí)間、住院時(shí)間及瘢痕長(zhǎng)度均短于對(duì)照組，出血量、并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率及疼痛評(píng)分均低于對(duì)照組（P

【Abstract】Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of minimally invasive rotationctomy under ultrasound guidance in the treatment of benign breast tumors.Methods：286 patients with benign breast tumors were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group，with 143 cases in each group.They were treated with traditional open surgery and minimally invasive rotationctomy under ultrasound guidance，respectively.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results：The total effective rate and overall satisfaction of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group，the operation time，healing time，hospitalization time and scar length were shorter than those of the control group，and the bleeding volume，complication rate and pain score were lower than those of the control group （P
