血常規(guī)生化檢驗(yàn)在高脂血癥患者臨床診斷中的應(yīng)用價(jià)值探究

【摘要】目的：探究高脂血癥患者采用血常規(guī)生化檢驗(yàn)方式進(jìn)行臨床診斷的價(jià)值。方法：選擇2023年1月—2024年1月期間最終確診為高脂血癥的89例患者和88例常規(guī)健康體檢者作為研究對(duì)象，高脂血癥者納入研究組，常規(guī)健康體檢者納入對(duì)照組，所有研究對(duì)象均予以血常規(guī)與生化檢驗(yàn)，對(duì)比兩組的檢查結(jié)果。結(jié)果：血常規(guī)檢查中，研究組血小板計(jì)數(shù)、白細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù)和中性粒細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù)均低于對(duì)照組，總膽固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白膽固醇、高密度脂蛋白膽固醇、載脂蛋白AI和載脂蛋白B均高于對(duì)照組（P

Exploration of the application value of blood routine biochemical test in clinical diagnosis of patients with hyperlipidemia

【Abstract】Objective：To explore the clinical diagnostic value of blood routine biochemical test in patients with hyperlipidemia. Methods：From January 2023 to January 2024，89 patients who were finally diagnosed with hyperlipidemia and 88 individuals who underwent routine physical examination were selected as the study objects.Hyperlipidemia patients were included in the study group，while individuals who underwent routine physical examination were included in the control group.Blood routine and biochemical tests were performed on all study objects，and the examination results of the two groups were compared.Results：In the blood routine examination，the platelet count，white blood cell count and neutrophil count in the study group were lower than those in the control group，while total cholesterol，triglyceride，low density lipoprotein cholesterol，high density lipoprotein cholesterol，apolipoprotein AI and apolipoprotein B were higher than those in the control group（P
