產(chǎn)后康復(fù)護(hù)理干預(yù)對(duì)初產(chǎn)婦康復(fù)的影響分析

【摘要】目的：研究產(chǎn)后康復(fù)護(hù)理干預(yù)對(duì)初產(chǎn)婦康復(fù)的影響。方法：擇取在本院就診的120例初產(chǎn)婦，接收時(shí)間段介于2023年1月—2023年6月間。通過雙色球法開展分組，對(duì)照組（藍(lán)球，60例）實(shí)施常規(guī)婦產(chǎn)科護(hù)理，觀察組（紅球，60例）在此基礎(chǔ)上實(shí)施產(chǎn)后康復(fù)護(hù)理干預(yù)。將兩組的干預(yù)效果進(jìn)行比對(duì)。結(jié)果：觀察組干預(yù)后的陰道靜息壓力、盆底肌力評(píng)分以及FSFI評(píng)分高于對(duì)照組，盆底VAS評(píng)分與并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率（6.67%）低于對(duì)照組，差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P

【Abstract】Objective：To study the effect of postpartum rehabilitation nursing intervention on the rehabilitation of primipara.Methods：120 cases of primipara were selected from our hospital from January 2023 to June 2023.The control group（blue ball，60 cases）received routine obstetrics and gynecology nursing，and the observation group（red ball，60 cases）received postpartum rehabilitation nursing intervention on this basis.The intervention effect of the two groups was compared.Results：After intervention，the vaginal resting pressure，pelvic floor muscle strength score and FSFI score in observation group were higher than those in control group，and pelvic floor VAS score and complication rate（6.67%）were lower than those in control group，the difference was statistically significant（P
