【摘要】目的：分析鳥巢式護(hù)理對(duì)新生兒的作用及對(duì)神經(jīng)行為評(píng)分與睡眠情況的影響。方法：研究對(duì)象：2022年1月—2022年12月產(chǎn)科出生的104例新生兒，通過隨機(jī)抽簽法分為兩組，各52例患者，對(duì)照組：常規(guī)護(hù)理，觀察組另外給予鳥巢式護(hù)理，比較兩組神經(jīng)行為評(píng)分、睡眠情況。結(jié)果：①出生時(shí)，兩組神經(jīng)發(fā)育行為評(píng)分量表（NBNA）評(píng)分比較無意義（P>0.05）；出生4周內(nèi)，觀察組NBNA評(píng)分高于對(duì)照組（P0.05）；出生4周內(nèi)，觀察組睡眠時(shí)間較高（P

【Abstract】Objective： To analyze the effects of bird’s nest nursing on neonatal neurobehavioral scores and sleep status. Methods： Subjects： 104 neonates born in obstetrics department from January 2022 to December 2022 were divided into two groups by random drawing method， 52 patients in each group； control group： routine nursing； observation group was given bird’s nest nursing； neurobehavioral scores and sleep status of the two groups were compared.
