【摘要】目的：探究PFNA髓內(nèi)釘內(nèi)固定手術(shù)治療的實(shí)施價(jià)值，分析該措施在股骨粗隆間骨折治療中的效果。方法：選擇2021年3月—2023年3月，我院70例股骨粗隆間骨折患者，采用隨機(jī)法，分為兩組，包括對(duì)照組、研究組，均為35例。入組后分別給予常規(guī)股骨近端鎖定板內(nèi)固定、PFNA髓內(nèi)釘內(nèi)固定。結(jié)果：研究組手術(shù)指標(biāo)均優(yōu)于對(duì)照組，數(shù)據(jù)間差異大，分析有意義（P

Clinical efficacy of PFNA intramedullary nail fixation surgery for the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures of the femur in patients

【Abstract】Objective： To explore the implementation value of PFNA intramedullary nail fixation surgery for the treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fractures， and analyze the effectiveness of this measure in the treatment. Methods： 70 patients with intertrochanteric fractures of the femur in our hospital from March 2021 to March 2023 were randomly divided into two groups， including the control group and the study group， with 35 cases in both groups. 股骨粗隆間骨折發(fā)生率較高，多見于老年人，主要是在外力作用下的內(nèi)收、外展或扭轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)致的疾病，疾病發(fā)作后常見的臨床表現(xiàn)為站立及行走困難、髖關(guān)節(jié)疼痛、運(yùn)動(dòng)障礙等[1]。（剩余4161字）
