【摘要】目的：分析尿路感染預防與診斷中開展微生物檢驗的作用。方法：選擇2021年1月—2023年4月間入院診治的70例尿路感染患者。隨機數(shù)字表分組，一組35例開展微生物檢驗，二組35例開展常規(guī)尿檢驗。對比檢驗結(jié)果和針對性治療效果。結(jié)果：以尿培養(yǎng)結(jié)果為金標準，一組的診斷準確率與敏感度高于二組，一組的輕度感染程度檢出率高于二組（P

Microbiological testing analysis in the prevention and diagnosis of urinary tract infections

【Abstract】Objective： To analyze the role of microbiological testing in the prevention and diagnosis of urinary tract infections. Methods： 70 patients with urinary tract infections admitted to the hospital between January 2021 and April 2023 were selected. Randomized number table grouping， group 1 of 35 cases underwent microbiological testing， and the group 2 of 35 cases underwent routine urine testing. The test results and targeted treatment effects were compared.
