宮頸電切術(shù)聯(lián)合重組人干擾素α2b對(duì)宮頸上皮內(nèi)瘤樣病變伴高危型HPV感染的療效

【摘要】目的：分析宮頸電切術(shù)聯(lián)合重組人干擾素α2b對(duì)宮頸上皮內(nèi)瘤樣病變伴高危型HPV（HR-HPV）感染的療效。方法：選取我院2020年4月—2022年4月的80例宮頸上皮內(nèi)瘤變伴HR-HPV感染患者，隨機(jī)將其分成為兩組。對(duì)照組采取宮頸電切術(shù)，觀察組聯(lián)用重組人干擾素α2b。結(jié)果：觀察組的宮頸管息肉樣增生發(fā)生率、宮頸上皮內(nèi)瘤變復(fù)發(fā)率和宮頸管狹窄發(fā)生率更低（P0.05），治療后，兩組的血清IgG、TNF-α、IgM、IL-6和IgA水平均明顯改善（P

【Abstract】Objective： To analyze the curative effect of cervical resection combined with recombinant human interferon α2b on cervical intraepithelial neoplasia with high-risk HPV （HR-HPV） infection. Methods： A total of 80 patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia with HR-HPV infection in our hospital from April 2020 to April 2022 were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The control group received cervical resection， and the observation group received recombinant human interferon α2b. Results： The incidence of cervical polypoid hyperplasia， cervical intraepithelial neoplasia recurrence and cervical stenosis were lower in the observation group （P0.05）.
