敘事護(hù)理聯(lián)合共情護(hù)理在中老年腦梗死患者康復(fù)中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】目的：探討敘事護(hù)理聯(lián)合共情護(hù)理在中老年腦梗死患者康復(fù)中的應(yīng)用。方法：選取2020年1月—2022年12月本院收治的中老年腦梗死患者97例，隨機(jī)分為對照組與觀察組，對照組49例，觀察組48例。對照組給予常規(guī)護(hù)理，觀察組在常規(guī)護(hù)理基礎(chǔ)上給予敘事護(hù)理聯(lián)合共情護(hù)理。比較兩組心理狀態(tài)和生活質(zhì)量評分。結(jié)果：干預(yù)后，觀察組心理狀態(tài)評分低于對照組，生活質(zhì)量評分高于對照組，差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P

【Abstract】Objective：To explore the application of narrative nursing combined with empathy nursing in the rehabilitation of middleaged and elderly patients with cerebral infarction.Methods：97 middle-aged and elderly patients with cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group，49 cases in the control group and 48 cases in the observation group.The control group was given routine nursing，and the observation group was given narrative nursing combined with empathy nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The psychological state and quality of life scores of the two groups were compared.Results：After intervention，the scores psychological state in the observation group were lower than those in the control group，and the score of quality of life was higher than that in the control group，and the differences were statistically significant（P
