探討高頻彩色多普勒超聲對(duì)乳腺癌腋窩淋巴結(jié)良惡性的診斷價(jià)值

【摘要】目的：在乳腺癌腋窩淋巴結(jié)良惡性診斷中應(yīng)用高頻彩色多普勒超聲的效果。方法：選擇60例乳腺癌患者，以病理檢查為金標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，比較常規(guī)和彩色超聲的診斷效能。結(jié)果：病理檢查結(jié)果顯示，良性36例，惡性24例；常規(guī)超聲檢測(cè)的準(zhǔn)確度、特異度、靈敏度、陽(yáng)性預(yù)測(cè)值及陰性預(yù)測(cè)值均低于高頻彩色多普勒超聲。惡性腋窩淋巴結(jié)有鈣化斑、融合、2.00及以下長(zhǎng)短徑比值以及偏心增厚皮質(zhì)的占比均高于良性腋窩淋巴結(jié)（P

【Abstract】Objective：To evaluate the effect of high frequency color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of benign and malignant axillary lymph nodes of breast cancer.Methods：60 patients with breast cancer were selected，the pathological examination were used as the gold standard to compare the diagnostic efficiency of routine and color ultrasonography.Results：Pathological examination showed that 36 cases were benign and 24 cases were malignant.The accuracy，specificity，sensitivity，positive predictive value and negative predictive value of conventional ultrasound were lower than those of high frequency color Doppler ultrasound.The proportion of calcification plaques，fusion，2.00 or below length diameter ratio and eccentric thickening cortex in malignant axillary lymph nodes were higher than those in benign axillary lymph nodes （P
