【Abstract】Objective：To explore and analyze the effect of family doctor service model onthe efficacy of type 2 diabetic patients in community.Methods：80 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus from January 2022 to December 2022 in the community were selected and randomly divided into two groups，namely，the reference group and the study group，routine intervention and family doctor service mode intervention were applied respectively.The levels of fasting blood glucose and 2h postprandial blood glucose and patients’satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results：After intervention，the levels of fasting blood glucose and2h postprandial blood glucose in the study group were significantly better than those in the reference group，and the satisfaction degree was significantly higher than that in the reference group （P
