【摘要】目的：觀察經(jīng)尿道前列腺電切術(shù)患者采取心理護(hù)理干預(yù)的臨床應(yīng)用效果。方法：選取2021年1月—2022年8月本院收治的73例經(jīng)尿道前列腺電切術(shù)（TURP）患者作為研究對(duì)象，以隨機(jī)數(shù)表法分為兩組，其中對(duì)照組（n=37）選取常規(guī)護(hù)理，觀察組（n=36）聯(lián)合心理護(hù)理干預(yù)。結(jié)果：對(duì)比SAS、SDS評(píng)分，觀察組更優(yōu)，且護(hù)理后正性態(tài)度、自我減壓、自我決策評(píng)分更低，生活質(zhì)量更高，在進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)方面的對(duì)比后，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P

Effect of psychological nursing intervention on patients undergoing transurethral resection of prostate

【Abstract】Objective： To observe the clinical effect of psychological nursing intervention in patients undergoing transurethral resection of prostate. Methods： 73 patients with transurethral electroresection of prostate （TURP）， admitted from January 2021 to August 2022， were selected as the study subjects， and divided into two groups by random number table method. The control group （n=37） was selected as routine nursing， and the observation group （n=36） was combined with psychological nursing intervention. Results： Compared with SAS and SDS scores， the observation group was better， with lower positive attitude， self-decompression， self-decision score， and higher quality of life.
