基于治未病理論孕前調(diào)理的研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】近年來，由于二胎三胎政策的實(shí)施和社會壓力的加大，高齡產(chǎn)婦隨之逐漸增多，不易受孕的女性也隨之越多。有些女性即使受孕也較易流產(chǎn)，故孕前調(diào)理顯得尤為重要。中醫(yī)孕前調(diào)理源于中醫(yī)“治未病”思想，未病先防，勝過已病再治。針對不同情況，調(diào)理偏頗體質(zhì)，最終可以達(dá)到優(yōu)生優(yōu)育的目的。

【Abstract】In recent years， due to the implementation of the policy of two children and three children and the increase of social pressure， the elderly women have gradually increased， and more and more elderly women are not easy to conceive. Some people are more prone to abortion even if they are pregnant， so pre-pregnancy conditioning is particularly important. Chinese medicine pre-pregnancy conditioning comes from the idea of "Preventive Treatment of Disease"， prevention before disease is better than disease. According to different situations， conditioning partial constitution， and it can finally achieve the purpose of prenatal and postnatal care.
