李春香治療崩漏臨床經驗

【摘要】崩漏是指婦女在非行經期間陰道大量流血或持續(xù)淋漓不斷，前者稱“崩中”，或“經崩”，后者稱為“漏下”，或“經漏”。臨床上二者可相互轉化，故統(tǒng)稱為崩漏。病因病機可分為脾虛、腎虛、血熱、血瘀四種，李春香主任結合當代女子習性，認為崩漏病機關鍵是肝郁脾虛，氣虛不攝，日久為瘀。

Li Chunxiang’s clinical experience in treating metrorrhagia

【Abstract】Metrorrhagia refers to a woman’s massive vaginal bleeding or continuous dripping during non-menopause. The former is called “metrorrhagia”， or“menstrual collapse”， and the latter is called “l(fā)eakage”， or“menstrual leakage”. Clinically， the two can transform each other， so they are collectively referred to as metrorrhagia. The etiology and pathogenesis can be divided into four types： spleen deficiency， kidney deficiency， blood heat， and blood stasis. Director Li Chunxiang， combining with the habits of contemporary women， believes that the key to the pathogenesis of metrorrhagia is liver depression and spleen deficiency， qi deficiency and blood stasis.
