高頻超聲用于類風濕關(guān)節(jié)炎膝關(guān)節(jié)病變檢查的效果分析

【摘要】目的：分析類風濕關(guān)節(jié)炎膝關(guān)節(jié)病變患者的臨床檢查中高頻超聲的應用效果。方法：抽取2022年4月—2022年9月我院收治的類風濕關(guān)節(jié)炎膝關(guān)節(jié)病變患者100例，所有患者均需要接受高頻超聲檢查與MRI檢查，以PD作為檢查金標準，比較兩種檢查結(jié)果。結(jié)果：從兩種檢查方式的診斷準確率與影像學檢查結(jié)果方面來分析差異不大（P>0.05）；髕上囊液體厚度、滑膜厚度與實驗室指標均為正相關(guān)關(guān)系，滑膜動脈血流指數(shù)與實驗室指標為負相關(guān)關(guān)系（P

【Abstract】Objective：To analyze the application effect of high-frequency ultrasound in clinical examination of patients with rheumatoid arthritis knee lesions.Methods：A total of 100 patients with rheumatoid arthritis knee lesions admitted to our hospital from April 2022 to September 2022 were selected.All patients were required to receive high-frequency ultrasound examination and MRI examination，and PD was used as the gold standard to compare the results of the two kinds of examination.Results：There was no significant difference between the two examination methods in terms of diagnostic accuracy and imaging results（P>0.05）； The fluid thickness of suprapatellar bursa and synovial thickness were positively correlated with laboratory indexes，while the synovial artery blood flow index was negatively correlated with laboratory indexes（P

膝關(guān)節(jié)是人體當中最復雜與最大的關(guān)節(jié)，也是類風濕關(guān)節(jié)炎比較好發(fā)的部位，一旦出現(xiàn)類風濕關(guān)節(jié)炎這一疾病之后，滑膜會逐漸變厚，軟骨及下面的骨頭均會隨著疾病發(fā)展逐漸出現(xiàn)碎裂等情況，關(guān)節(jié)受到破壞，引起關(guān)節(jié)功能障礙，對患者的生活自理能力以及生活質(zhì)量都產(chǎn)生較大的影響[1-2]。（剩余3882字）
