多學(xué)科協(xié)作模式應(yīng)用于醫(yī)院感染預(yù)防控制的效果評(píng)定

【摘要】目的:分析多學(xué)科協(xié)作模式應(yīng)用于醫(yī)院感染預(yù)防控制中的效果評(píng)定。方法:研究時(shí)間2020年1月—2022年1月,未實(shí)施多學(xué)科協(xié)作模式期間就診的患者為對(duì)照組(n=50),實(shí)施多學(xué)科協(xié)作模式期間就診的患者為觀察組(n=50),進(jìn)而對(duì)多重耐藥菌醫(yī)院感染在多學(xué)科協(xié)作模式應(yīng)用前后的檢出率、感染率進(jìn)行對(duì)比。結(jié)果:通過對(duì)比得知,在多學(xué)科協(xié)作模式應(yīng)用下,住院患者多重耐藥檢出率與感染率均得到有效改善,其數(shù)值均優(yōu)于應(yīng)用前,組間差異較大,具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P

【Abstract】Objective: To analyze the effect evaluation of multidisciplinary collaboration mode in hospital infection prevention and control. Methods: The study was conducted from January 2020 to January 2022.The patients who visited the hospital during the period when the multidisciplinary collaboration mode was not implemented were the control group (n=50),and the patients who visited the hospital during the period when the multidisciplinary collaboration mode was implemented were the observation group (n=50),then,the detection rate and infection rate of multi drug resistant bacteria hospital infection before and after the application of the multidisciplinary collaboration mode were compared. Results: Under the application of multidisciplinary collaboration mode, the detection rate and infection rate of multi drug resistance of inpatients were effectively improved,and their values were better than those before the application,with significant differences between groups(P
