高通量血液透析對糖尿病腎病血透患者的臨床觀察

【摘要】目的：分析高通量血液透析對于糖尿病腎病血透患者的應(yīng)用價值。方法：以糖尿病腎病血透患者為主要研究對象，選取例數(shù)為50例，起始時間為2019年2月，終止時間為2020年4月，進(jìn)行低通量血液透析的25例患者設(shè)為對照組，進(jìn)行高通量血液透析的25例患者設(shè)為觀察組，比較觀察組以及對照組患者相關(guān)指標(biāo)。結(jié)果：觀察組以及對照組患者治療1年以及治療3年的血磷、甲狀旁腺激素、Kt/v和C反應(yīng)蛋白水平比較差異顯著，治療后，觀察組1年生存率和3年生存率均高于對照組患者，且兩組患者不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率分別為8.0%和32.0%，以上數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行對比具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P

Clinical observation of high flux hemodialysis on hemodialysis patients with diabetes nephropathy

【Abstract】Objective： To analyze the application value of high flux hemodialysis in hemodialysis patients with diabetes nephropathy. Methods： Taking hemodialysis patients with diabetes nephropathy as the main research object，50 cases were selected，starting in February 2019 and ending in April 2020，25 patients with low flux hemodialysis were set as the control group，and 25 patients with high flux hemodialysis were setas the observation group，and the relevant indicators of the observation group and the control group were compared. Results： The levels of serum phosphorus，parathyroid hormone，Kt/v and C-reactive protein of patients in the observation group and the control group were significantly different after one year and three years of treatment，after treatment，the 1-year survival rate and 3-year survival rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group，and the incidence of adverse reactions of patients in the two groups were 8.0% and 32.0% respectively，which was statistically significant（P

對于終末期腎病患者而言，糖尿病腎病尿毒癥者的死亡率以及心腦血管發(fā)生率與其他疾病腎損傷患者相比較高，對糖尿病腎病患者的生命安全造成嚴(yán)重威脅，臨床目前均選擇替代治療方法血液透析實(shí)施治療，采用不同通量血液透析對于患者而言影響不同[1]。（剩余3435字）
