【摘要】目的：探析在老年呼吸衰竭機(jī)械通氣患者中應(yīng)用預(yù)防性護(hù)理對降低呼吸機(jī)相關(guān)性肺炎（VAP）發(fā)生率的效果。方法：將102例老年呼吸衰竭患者進(jìn)行分組，分別實(shí)施常規(guī)護(hù)理與預(yù)防性護(hù)理。結(jié)果：研究組VAP發(fā)生率低于對照組，機(jī)械通氣時(shí)間及住院時(shí)間均短于對照組，護(hù)理后，臨床體征指標(biāo)、血?dú)庵笜?biāo)、肺功能指標(biāo)優(yōu)于對照組（P

【Abstract】Objective： To explore the effect of preventive nursing on reducing the incidence of VAP in elderly patients with respiratory failure undergoing mechanical ventilation.
