【摘要】目的：探討“扁鵲飛救”預(yù)警系統(tǒng)在急性缺血性腦卒中患者院前院內(nèi)救治銜接中的應(yīng)用效果。方法：回顧分析2018年6月—2021年4月通過(guò)120急救收治在本院急診科進(jìn)行溶栓治療的急性缺血性腦卒中患者的臨床資料64例，分析“扁鵲飛救”預(yù)警系統(tǒng)開(kāi)展情況。結(jié)果：干預(yù)組完成采血到檢驗(yàn)科接受標(biāo)本時(shí)間、?？漆t(yī)生到達(dá)時(shí)間、患者至CT室時(shí)間、DNT時(shí)間短于對(duì)照組（P0.05），干預(yù)組溶栓24h后NIHSS評(píng)分低于對(duì)照組（P

【Abstract】Objective： To explore the application effect of "Bian que Fei Jiu" early warning system in the connection of pre hospital and inhospital treatment of patients with acute ischemic stroke. Methods： The clinical data of 64 patients with acute ischemic stroke who received thrombolytic therapy in the emergency department of our hospital through 120 first aid from June 2018 to April 2021 were retrospectively analyzed， and the development of "Bian que Fei Jiu" early warning system was analyzed.
