【摘要】目的：探究對(duì)于先兆早產(chǎn)合并前置胎盤(pán)患者采用鹽酸利托君的治療效果和護(hù)理干預(yù)效果。方法：將380例先兆早產(chǎn)合并前置胎盤(pán)患者按照護(hù)理方案的不同分為采用常規(guī)護(hù)理干預(yù)的對(duì)照組和采用優(yōu)質(zhì)護(hù)理干預(yù)的觀察組。兩組患者均采用鹽酸利托君進(jìn)行治療。對(duì)兩組患者的臨床療效及護(hù)理效果進(jìn)行對(duì)比。結(jié)果：觀察組藥物起效時(shí)間、陰道出血時(shí)間、陰道出血量均顯著優(yōu)于對(duì)照組，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P

【Abstract】Objective：To explore the therapeutic effect and nursing intervention effect of ritodrine hydrochloride in patients with threatened premature birth and placenta previa. Methods：A total of 380 patients with threatened premature birth and placenta previa were divided into control group with routine nursing intervention and observation group with high-quality nursing intervention according to different nursing programs. Both groups were treated with ritodrine hydrochloride. The clinical efficacy and nursing effect of the two groups of patients were compared.
